Information we collect
PartnR may collect information you provide, including your name, email, username, profile photo, handicap, home course, city, golf preferences, availability, friends, messages, invitations, scores, statistics, achievements, course history, voice-journal text and feedback.
When you choose certain features, PartnR may also process location for course discovery and on-course GPS, selected photos, microphone audio and speech recognition for optional voice notes, calendar information when you add a tee time, notification tokens, and basic device or diagnostic information.
How information is used
- Create and secure your account.
- Connect you with golfers, friends, rounds and messages.
- Provide scorecards, GPS distances, Passport stamps, statistics and round history.
- Send requested account, friend, round and message notifications.
- Prevent abuse, investigate reports, fix problems and improve PartnR.
Permissions
Location, selected photos, microphone, speech recognition, calendar and notifications are permission-based. You can change permissions in iPhone Settings.
Service providers and sharing
PartnR uses service providers such as Apple and Google Firebase for authentication, database, storage, app distribution, notifications and related infrastructure. Information is shared only as needed to operate these services, comply with law, protect users, or with your direction. PartnR does not sell personal information.
Other users may see information you choose to make social, including your golfer profile, profile photo, handicap, city, shared rounds, scores, achievements or Passport.
Retention and security
Information is kept as needed to provide PartnR, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion
You may update information and permissions, or block and report users. To request access, correction, export or deletion of your account and associated personal information, email Support from the address connected to your account. Limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary for safety and fraud prevention.
Children
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a PartnR account.
Changes
We may update this policy as PartnR develops and will communicate material changes appropriately.
