Using PartnR
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use PartnR lawfully. You are responsible for confirming real-world arrangements, fees, policies, weather and course conditions.
Community conduct
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate, spam, deceive, share unlawful content, misuse personal information or create unsafe situations. PartnR may investigate reports and restrict accounts that violate these terms.
Rounds, scores and GPS
PartnR is not a booking agent, emergency service, rules official or professional navigation system. Tee times, yardages, course data, GPS estimates, weather, scores and statistics may be incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm important details with the course.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and give PartnR limited permission to process it to provide requested features. You must have the right to share it and respect other players' privacy.
Beta service
Features may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Keep independent records of important information.
Intellectual property
PartnR's name, branding, artwork, interface and software are protected. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them except where law permits.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartnR is provided “as is.” PartnR is not responsible for user conduct, course operations, injuries, property loss, missed bookings, inaccurate user data or indirect damages arising from use.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using PartnR or request deletion. PartnR may suspend access for security, legal compliance, service integrity or violations. Terms may be updated as the service develops.
